Access Issue: Climbing Regulations/Seasonal Raptor Closures
Details
The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
An easy crack on a ramp reaches a right-slanting crack where you can set some gear to stand up and clip the first bolt. The crux comes at you right away as you make height dependent moves up and left past the bolt to a gaping flake. Higher move up on questionable flakes to a delicate arete sequence and finish with some highsteps past a black intrusion to the anchors.
Great positioning but a little scrappy, although more traffic should help to clean it up.
Location
Protection
4 bolts, gear to 3", 2 bolt anchor/rap
