Description
Sonrisa Vertical is in fact overhanging, though not as much as its neighbors. To compensate, the holds are quite a bit smaller at the crux, and rounded to boot. Mostly this climbs on good jugs except for the boulder problem around the second bolt.
Scramble up to the ledge and work up the cool tufa column. The feet here are quite sketchy, so make sure the belayer is awake. Follow rounded edges up the orange face to reach the left-facing flake. Cruise up the flake, then make a few more hard moves to better holds. The jugs lead left at the top, awkwardly close to the large juniper growing out of the wall.
