Description

Start left hand low on huge vertical jug and right in a sharp two/three finger pocket. Slap up the bulging arete. Top out straight up or traverse right along the lip. Has a nice variety of holds.

Location

Mortar Rock.

Protection

The tree is right behind you on this problem so bring a pad just in case.

somewhat tricky start. But once I got it was just a little burly. Also started with right hand on the left not pocket wonder if that gives it a teeny bump :). Oct 2, 2016
awesome. pretty resistant. pad for rock/tree is useful, but you usually land safely if you fall. May 22, 2015
