Description Suggest change

The traversing lower half of the crack can be climbed either high (by shuffling your feet along the crack using your hands for balance) or low (with your hands in the crack while smearing). The upper half of the climb is easier.

Note the issue with possible loose blocks at the top (2026 April). See the comments.

Location Suggest change

From the ledge this climb heads up the sickle shaped crack between P1 of the Great Northern Slab and the Aries dihedral.

Protection Suggest change

Gear to 3". Smaller gear for the crack. Chained anchor at the top.
