[Hide Comment] This climb doesn't look like much, and it's leafy, but it always climbs well. At times you will find yourself wedged in, and other times coming out to use the features outside the crack. There's even a hand jam or two. Walk off (carefully), or from time to time there's TAT on the tree. Jul 9, 2016

[Hide Comment] Good off width crack climb. The slope getting to it is a pain from the after effects of last fall's fire. It is dusty, loose, and the leaf litter plus the hickory nuts give a nice 'walking on ball bearings' effect. Jan 29, 2017

[Hide Comment] Where the route goes straight up into the dirt chimney groove to the tree tat, instead step left up the raising ramp with a nice piece of gear. Slab up past two bolts to a bolted anchor. This finish raises the grade a little but is much better. Jan 19, 2022
