Description

A surprisingly nice line for the grade; excellent for the novice leader.

Scramble up to a ledge, then move right to the start of a right-leaning ramp. Climb the ramp past two bolts, then move left onto the face and continue up using good plates and jugs.

Location

Starts at the right end of the Great Wall.

Protection

Nine bolts, bolted anchors.

Great for the beginning leader with solid holds all the way up. Make sure to turn around at the chains for a good view of the valley! It would be best to have a follower clean, as it's a big pain to clean on rappel. Dec 4, 2016
Be careful lowering on this route. The bulge to the right of the crack can cut the rope. Apr 25, 2011
