Description

This is a great climb on some good rock with a little bit of lichen. There is a little bit of everything, the crux being the #0.75 section.

Per Paul Byrne: This is number 8 in the guidebook. It is a lichen covered, right-facing corner. There are lots of good jams and pods. It is a good warmup.

Location

It is one route to the climber's left of Coyote Ugly, et al. .

Per Paul Byrne: Go up the path from mile marker 95 and a short walk to climber's right. This is left of an obvious, wide hands splitter.

Protection

Singles to thin fingers, doubles through big fingers and hands.

Per Paul Byrne: Bring a standard rack. There is a 2 bolt anchor.

[Hide Comment] It is funny how the term "lichen covered" is such a different meaning here than it would in New England. This thing looks beautiful and nice and clean to me. Nov 4, 2013
