From the rounded chockstone, climb the obvious hand crack leading up and first right before it jogs left and up to the belay ledge.

Right of Cornerstone on the Right Buttress, at the rounded chockstone in the bottom chimney.
Note that the rating is based on starting the climb here; many people use the chimney to bridge their way up to avoid the most difficult part of the crack. This reduces the route's difficulty to 5.7.

There's a story behind the route's name.
A huge church group came up the mountain one day ~1995; I was asked to set up ropes so some of them could climb. I had help from Carl Harrison and friends, and asked them to set up the easy crack/corner on the Right Buttress while I set up Foretaste.
They set up this route instead. About 20 people tried climbing it that day; several succeeded.
The route I planned to put these beginners on lies to its right; it's a short, easy corner now obscured by a tree or two; I don't even remember what its name is - or if I ever gave it one. Sep 1, 2009
