Description

Really fun route on beautiful rock! Start on the arete and then move left. The climbing is characterized by long reaches to solid little crimpers. It's not too R-rated if you look around a bit for the pro.

Location

If you're standing at the entrance to the Recess, this route is way far back on the right side. There's a solid aspen tree that grows a couple feet from the cliff, and this route starts about 5 feet to the right of that. It goes up the right side of the obvious steep (dead vertical) black wall. It is to the left of the 5.6 corner.

Protection

An assortment of cams from small (TCU/C3-sized) to hand (maybe yellow/gold Camalot?).
