The "bolted anchors" were an error in Jeff Dillon's pocket guide, repeated here. As of Jan. 7, 2012, there indeed are bolted anchors, atop the larger block. You might want to set the 4' runners to adjust how far from the wall the rope will hang a climber. Jan 11, 2012
