Description

A difficult, reachy 5.7 that requires a bit of grunting here and there.

Start with an awkward mantel on a slippery, sloping edge and reach for the only big pocket in evidence. From here, make mostly big moves between the bigger pockets, with a Cougar Narrows obligatory tricky move here and there.

I suspect if you are short of stature that this will seem much harder than 5.7.

Location

Starts in the middle of the west wall above a small, sloping ledge a little below chest height. There are several obvious, larger pockets.

Protection

3 bolts, chain anchors (shared with route to right (IQ Test).

This is a cool route on great stone! Most of the pockets are much more positive than they appear from the ground. It's a fun one, especially for the grade in AF! Jul 27, 2015
