Description

This is a pumpy, meandering crack/face sport route to chains. The first crack moves are the crux but can be protected by clipping bolts to alternate start straight up to face climbing.

Location

This is the first "sport" route at the base of the primitive trail marked by cairns in the "Upper Jungle." (see topo on front page)

Protection

Medium-sized cams are optional. Quick draws and runners to chains.

In my opinion this climb is better than "boris ascends again" Jul 30, 2009
I agree with Pat. Very fun and more true to the grade than "Boris..." Jul 21, 2011
