Description

This is is the route to the climbers left on the large phone booth block sticking straight out of cliff.

If you start on the far left side of the face and them traverse right into it, it goes at 5.11+. There is also a direct start that goes at 5.12 (out of my league).

Protection

Chains for toprope anchor.

full disclosure: I've never put it all together on this route in one go, and its been a while since I've even tried so I'll happily defer to anyone with more knowledge. but since no one has put up any beta... If you start on the far left side of the face and them traverse right into it, it goes at 5.11+. There is also a direct start that goes at 5.12 (out of my league). Either way, it goes up the face to the left of the booth. Don't know if anyone has added chains on top, but setting up the TR required a static rope back when I was climbing at Stover a lot. haven't checked recently. Aug 19, 2011
there are now chains at the top Mar 31, 2013

Protection: requires 2x 30’ or longer webbing or cords (or a static line) to build an anchor. The hanger bolts are set well back from the edge of the feature. Mar 31, 2018
