Start around the right-hand corner of the boulder, climb up to the top, then traverse to the left side of the boulder using the lip.

Entry Way boulder.

I did a sit start to this problem, which was definitely the crux. Sep 21, 2009

This problem is MUCH better with a sit-start followed by traversing the face (not the lip) past the starting side-pull for gun crazy before going up on good slopers. Feb 12, 2015

Echoing others - do the sit start. Probably the best move on the problem.

As for Robert's comment, I wish I would have thought of that. Traversing along the top lip is pretty damn boring. Felt like I was forcing the issue for mileage's sake except that the mileage was akin to the excitement encountered on the 5 when driving up the middle of the state. May 16, 2015
