Description

An interesting pitch chocked full of thought provoking climbing, and favors free thinking.

Rude Awakening starts right, and around the corner from Resurrection and Aquarius RIsing. Climb up to the bulging roof, and begin to wonder. A cockeyed fist jam or bear hugging the block will let you swing your right leg up over your head, and then the fun really begins. There is a somewhat graceful way of doing this section. Continue up past a couple of more bolts to gain the finger cracks/seams. Stem your way up using both cracks passing edges, jams, and jugs. Expect some thin gear, and big moves.

Location

Left end of the wall, just left of Double Clutching.

Protection

Small/medium TCUs, small/medium wires.
