Description

Can start using trad from down lower than the ledge used for Centerpiece and the unknown 5.10? climb with the new bolts. 8 bolts to 2 shut rap, single line to the ledge, then downclimb.

Location

East facing wall of the buttress that Dacite and Lady in Red are on. Just to the left of the big chimney uphill from Dacite, has the old bolts.

Protection

Sport with optional trad start from lower down.

Haha, Arjun, I would reverse your order to Dacite then this one, but maybe that's because I climbed them in that order! The rock is also a bit more solid on Dacite. Mar 15, 2016

Probably the easiest of the bolted routes in this area. Would rank this one, Dacite, Centerpiece, the one to the right of Centerpiece and then the long one with old bolts to the right of this and to the left of Dacite. Mar 15, 2016
