Description

Scramble up the left side of the alcove, and follow the crack in the corner to the top.

Location

Walk up the trail and look for a big alcove with an aspen tree behind a flake. A trail on the left side of the cliff leads to the top of the cliff. From here, set up a toprope with long runners if desired.

Protection

Slings around a tree, nuts or cams in the crack, and bolts on top.

[Hide Comment] We climbed the arching corner just left of Popsicle that joins Popsicle about 2/3 of the way up. We thought we were on Food Fight 5.7, but I think that's a bit further left (and often wet), since there are bolts above the further left line. The route we did was of decent quality and about 5.7 with some thin gear. Aug 15, 2010
[Hide Comment] Sibylle, this climb is definitely not PG-13. I took my daughter up there today to do some leading instructions, and the climb is protectable every 20 inches or so. Looking forward to the Bells with you. Best, Cam Jul 13, 2018
