Climb the crack of Up in Arms for 10-12 feet, then traverse right to the nose of the buttress (crux). Wander up the face above for 40 feet or so to a pine tree anchor.

Left and around from of the face of Short and Sassy, you'll see the distinctive, left-leaning crack of Up in Arms.

Standard 'Gunks rack, nothing very large or very small is needed.

Just had to add that I was also there on the first ascent, likely my only chance to ever get in a Gunks guidebook on a 1st ascent, and Dick forgot to add my name to the FA party. Sigh.
