Start low on the right most arete of The Subterranean Wall. Squeeze, slap and slip your way to a small stance/ledge where you can then down climb. The biz is keeping your body under control just before tossing for the final holds that will bring you home.

The rightmost arete on The Subterranean Wall.

I have only sent this from the mid point. After the S.D.S. F.A. by Jim Hausmann a hold broke and has not seen a S.D.S. repeat yet. It's going to be mean!!!!!! Jun 12, 2009

For sure!! Did the kneeling start off the two crimps, but the sds move is sooooo brutal now... I'll have to come back for it. Jun 18, 2009

Nice darth,
Looks like you got the K.D.S.. Yea V8-V9 sounds about right, but a full S.D.S could be V10 for sure!!! Really nice work man. I am going to have to put some time it and see if I can get the S.D.S.. Thanks for the info man. Jun 19, 2009

Did the sds today, hard first move and bump, key foot beta. Really good though, sds is probably around V8 or so.... Start sitting with right on a good sloping edge and left pinching the arete right in front of your face, slap up on the arete pinching and bump to the crimp (left), then finish up the arete. I also topped it out, going straight up from the stance after the mantle, probably about 25 or 30 feet tall if you top it out.... Wouldn't recommend it though, it's pretty scary. Aug 27, 2010
