Description

One of the best routes at Marquette Mountain. Can be easily top roped but also makes a nice trad lead. The crux is pulling the first lip and the gear is tricky. Be careful and have fun.

Location

this climb is on the right wall with 5 angular cut overhangs

Protection

toprope off trees or nuts and small cams.

This is my favorite route out there and is easily led with micro cams before each overhang. It can easily be protected every 5 feet with gear but you need to take your time and look for the placements. I believe it has been reduced to a 9+ May 20, 2014

On lead, this climb can have some consequence. If you climb it direct, your first placement is 10-15 feet up with some distance between gear. I have only led this with nuts so this may vary...the top gets more positive. Oct 20, 2009
