This climb starts just around the corner of the left end of the slab. It starts up an easy blocky section to a ledge. Continue up an easy groove to the obvious fist size hole in the top of the roof. Pull the roof and make a few crux moves through horizontals to bolt hangers.

I think this is the safest gear climb at the den. Jun 18, 2009
Beautiful rock. The overhang has some great holds. Aug 9, 2009
The right anchor bolt has a auto-locking biner on it for lowering. I donated a (non-locking) biner for the left bolt for easy lower-off. Aug 11, 2015

The start is pretty dirty as of July 2018 but passable. The climbing through the roof and above is great. I think this is a good climb to try if you are newer to leading on gear and want to try something harder. You can get good protection at and above the roof then climb down to rest before committing to the moves. Aug 1, 2018
