The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
This obscure line escaped publication in the Older Vogel books and we found details in the rockshop in the notebook. The rock is generally imperfect as it has not had much traffic, but is only a little scaley until you get up top to a few crumbles. No big looseys.
