Crimpy climbing on perfect rock, with some big moves thrown in for good measure. One of the more popular sport routes in the high country. A few " extemely positive" holds.

Middle Hawksbill.

Well bolted.

Two very sharp, small crimps st the start (that might be avoided with a big reach), otherwise no too sharp. A good route, but best in the high country?? Not even the best on the wall IMO. Mar 19, 2012

Agreed. I revised the description. People do seem to like this one better than the others though, not sure why. Aug 10, 2012

Definitely a fun and sustained effort up your typical Hawksbill crimps and a few good holds. Put this one on your NC sport climbing tick list!
