Description Suggest change

Given its shady location RBS is an ideal problem for mid-day to evening boulder sessions in summer. After gaining the two medium-size crimps in the centre of the face, step your feet up to the starting left hand crimp and set low to hit the crux crimps. Both are fairly small but if you stay low and close to the face they are positive. Set your right foot high on a quartz spike just in from the arete and chuck for the lip. Get your mantle on and press.

The Jardines Suggest change

This is one of several new boulder problems located in the Jardines bouldering area just before Wye Creek. Access to this area is through private farm land and the area is closed September-November for lambing. Treat the area with respect, it would be a shame to lose access. Park your vehicle to the left of the main area, out of view from the road.

To get to the Ruled By Secrecy boulder, head up-hill towards Ninth boulder over the boudary fence. From Ninth boulder head out right (still up-hill) to Mullet-Head boulder. Up-hill from Mullet-Head boulder is a long boulder with a 45 degree face on the northen end. Ruled By Secrecy takes a direct line up the 45 degree face. Sit-start with left hand on the obvious crimp down low, right hand on a side-pull on the arete out right. To get down walk off the back of the boulder.
