Description

Crank through some entertaining moves up big crimps trending right up a moderate overhang. Think Crimp Chimp, but not as hard or as good. Technical crux might be a thin sequence between bolts two and three. Also, the rock isn't great on the couple of moves past the overhang. Get psyched for a tricky mantle on chossy mossy rock near the chains.

Location

Route just right of Crimp Chimp and 45 degree boulder proper

Protection

3 bolts to a 2 bolt anchor (with quicklinks, not fixed 'biners)

Choss and moss is the name of the game on this "Rig". Best avoided. Jun 29, 2015

Based on the big pile of moss at the base of the wall, this route has recently seen an epic de-mossing on the upper portion. Apr 8, 2011
