Description

Start up steep pumpy blocks and climb through technical crux at bulge to bolted anchor.

Location

Right side of "Solar Cave", second route from end.

Protection

7 bolts to a two-bolt anchor. The fifth bolt has a fixed cable draw on it.

I believe Ian McMillan was involved in the bolting and cleaning of this line as well. I have not asked Lance what they called it and as such had been referring to it as The ILL (Ian and Lance Line) Route, of course they may have come up with a name as well. Nov 24, 2008

Bummer news... Today I ripped off the undercling jug between the 3rd and 4th bolt while working that sequence out. It flew off and almost nailed Anna. That section feels a lot harder now. I left the broken jug at the bottom of the route. I knew I shouldn't have eaten all those damn holiday biscochitos. Sorry everyone! Jan 5, 2018
