The Kingpin Boulder is on private property and is closed to climbing. See Poudre Canyon (420's) Access Issue: Kingpin Boulder for details.
DescriptionBegin sitting down and right of the bulge to the right of Little Red Volcano on a decent rail. Bumb along the slopey edge, hug the bulge, work the feet, and reach for a good hold.
LocationThis problem is right of Little Red Volcano on Chickenpox Rock.
Chickenpox Rock is the second boulder directly uphill from Hank's. It's easily identifiable by its diminutive stature and several pox-shaped lichen spots on the rock's uphill face.
