Begin just left of Super Chiken. Stem up a trough, then move right and lieback a right-slanting thin crack/corner.


Thin to 3 inches. 2 #3 camalots are useful for the anchor. 4th class scramble off to the right.

Led this route on Jan 02, 08. I used a runner to lasso a small knob near the crux. I found the exit move out of the crack a bit awkward. DJR Jan 5, 2009

I lead this (sort of) on 3/15/2108. I took an incorrect line that stayed along the gully flakes instead of moving over into the finger crack; then traversed right at the horizontal and rejoined the same line to the top-out. Not sure if that variation has a name. But, it was an easier variation for sure. I'll have to return to do the proper Silver Surfer line. Either way, it was a good time. 4 days ago
