The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
Sit start in the back of the alcove and make scrunchy moves up and out to gain the large shelf above. Mantle up to finish or, better yet, move left and traverse the slanting lip to finish as per Elbow Grease.
- This problem isn't listed in the Joshua Tree Bouldering Guide but is an obvious line with some good moves that's worth a go when in the area.
