uh....crimps under a low roof lead to body tension moves then to a long reach out to the end of the roof, bump up, heel hook, mantle to the top. Nov 8, 2009

It helps to turn around, right hip facing out, match, then undercling your way out. This shouldn't be a back breaker, but just shoulder tension. Mar 10, 2013
