When closed, the closures include the named rock formations and the areas surrounding the base of the formation. This includes all climbing routes, outcroppings, cliffs, faces, ascent and descent routes, and climber's access trails to the formation.
Areas not listed are presumed to be open. These closures will be lifted or extended as conditions dictate.

Description
The last 11-13 feet of it. Holds become scarce and are tiny. Tiny meaning crystals. Looks great, to my knowledge it's only a project.
Location
When walking down the Twin Owls trail, you'll enter a fenced in area. About 200-300 feet in on the right will be a moss covered slab. That is it.
Protection
Crash pads would be good. A few at the bottom is recommended, the landing is a little sketchy.
