Description

Scramble to the top of the large boulder. Makes some fun, hard arete moves that lead to technical face climbing. Join with Uncola at the jug on the left side of the arete. Finish on the last bolt of Uncola.

Direct Start to Uncola.

Its a Gary Rall route... His grades were all over the place, but typically hard for the grade. Aug 12, 2015

The two 5.11d's at Carver seem really hard for the grade (Burning From the Inside being the other). Strange.

Is Cherry Cola really only one letter grade harder than Uncola? Both (Cherry & Burning) feel significantly harder than Angular Motion and on par with Wally Street for difficulty.

This was sort of a heady lead at the start...I slung a nut around the old bolt head at the start and got a met. #2 in a small horizontal pocket just below this. The move to the actual first bolt isn't so hard, just committing. Jun 17, 2009
