Permits can be acquired at the ranger station on the way to the boulders from the upper Tramway station.
Description
Starts a little ways right of Buck Rogers at an obvious tramslot under a low roof. Power out and over the roof to some good holds and mantle up. The quintessential one-move-wonder.
