Another fun crack climb, and a good warmup. Mostly a great handcrack with a thin hands section at the top.

The obvious handcrack on the Ivory Tower, between Lord Caffeine and Tideline.

Great warm up for the other climbs at the crag. Solid hand jams with ample features to smear with your right foot. The crux comes up high when the crack thins to tight hands. Very short. Sep 7, 2009

This was my first 10a and is a great route to break into the grade. Short, splitter, and takes gear everywhere. The slightly wider middle section scared me, but those big-handed folks may find the crux up high. May 14, 2012

Here's a video from YouTube of a lead of the "Ivory Tower" - Center (5.10a) accompanied by Phil Collins:

Super fun climb to lead, then downclimb on TR. Fun crux that is easier with a little imagination. Jun 11, 2018
