The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

You might be thinking that as you look at it, but no, it really is. The combination of just enough holds and a series of enjoyable moves make this a problem that's deserving of more attention.
Start under the bulge and monzo-navigate your way upwards to a hidden hold, a standard mantle finish being the topout.
