Description

The beginers climb in the area, top 2/3rds a bit run out but safe enough.

Location

Climb the obvious first crack using many jugs and have a blast! Walk down to the right end of the crag.

Protection

Trad gear- no fixed anchor - sucks up gear- some perfect nut placements.

Best first lead route in CT, plenty of gear, and clean falls. Used to be graded 5.3, I think its a solid 5.4, I definitely don't think its 5.5. Oct 11, 2010
A good entry level lead. There are others that are better first leads in the area, but this one feels like a real climb and requires some gear fiddling. Dec 8, 2009
