Description

Climb bouldery moves up to the large hanging block, the "swamp cooler". Clip a bolt and more strenuous moves lead to another bolt. Easier but heads up climbing leads up and left from there to a double bolt anchor. Bring a selection of gear for the upper part. (Shares the same anchors as the Oracle)

Location

This route is on the Cathedral about 10 feet right of the start of the Oracle.

Protection

quickdraws, a selection of small to medium cams.

This is not .12a, so hard. I did Crown of Thorns (.12c) in several tries, but I couldn't touch this thing. Maybe I just totally read the line wrong, but holy shit it's so powerful! Jul 15, 2012
