Dirt road winter closures Details

Description

Climb the finger crack and stem (dihedral) to a pretty impressive but easily surmountable roof. Some belay anchors at the top and a rappel station off the backside of Gorilla rock complete the circuit.

A yellow (#2, BD) fits nicely in the lip of the roof.

Protection

Standard rack.

Approach is definitely a good schwack, anchor bolts (3/8 Plated Studs) are in need of replacement, a very nice climb though. Sep 25, 2017

Agreed. Fun climb, and a good one for newer leaders at the grade. Wear pants - the approach can get pretty bush-wacky. Jun 24, 2016
