Description

A classic and historical Ogden Canyon trad climb that should not be missed! Varied and engaging climbing for 25m. Solid, frequent, and obvious opportunities for gear exist throughout the whole pitch- even for a 5.8 leader. Past rumours of finicky or difficult to place gear were overstated- likely due to the dirt and pebble filled cracks that have now been cleaned out.

The route starts from the flat belay pad at the center of the wall. Climb mostly straight up while staying about 5ft left of the first couple bolts of No Nuts. Pull the small roof/overlap at about 30ft and continue up the incipient crack on the featured slabby face in the middle while for aiming for the stembox above. Follow the crack system through the stembox till the bolted anchor above that is shared with the other routes on the right side of the crag.

Protection

Fully traditionally protected. Standard rack to #3, doubles of fingers to off-fingers, and nuts. A 50m rope would likely just work for the lower off the anchors.
