The Joshua Tree National Park Superintendent's Compendium states that:
1. Vegetation is not allowed to be used as an anchor.
2. Only neutral or rock colored bolt hangers are allowed.

Description
This route starts on a ledge up above the ground and climbs up along a black streak. Climbing past the first bolt is the crux, which is making a somewhat awkward hand/foot match. Once past the crux, continue up the featured black face to finish at anchors on the left wall of a dihedral.
