Description

Pretty much the best 5.11 at the Pool Wall. Steep, balancey, juggy and a no hands rest just before clipping the anchors, right at the steepest part of the wall. Don't be put off by all the glue!

Location

Just right of the Alcove area, find a nice flat "peninsula" right at the base, rope up and climb.

Protection

Draws, there are typically 'biners at the chains.

Great movement on mostly really good rock! A few glue reinforced holds - but that doesn't detract from the route. I found the crux to be tricky to onsight, but figured it out once I could look around a little. The top is fantastic! Long pulls between good holds on steep rock! Jul 10, 2017
