Access Issue: RAIN, WET ROCK and RAPTOR CLOSURES: The sandstone around Moab is fragile and is very easily damaged when it is wet. Also please ask and be aware of Raptor Closures in areas such as CAT WALL and RESERVOIR WALL in Indian Creek Details

Description

Start with fingers in a really tight flare to a short wide section and then a left-facing crack with some pods. The rock gets softer towards the top.

Location

Route is located towards the left end of the wall, a little to the left of Blue Sky Mining and the Unnamed 5.11-. The tight flare should not be too hard to locate.

Protection

(2) #.3 Camalots, (6) #.4 Camalots, (2) #.5 & #.75 Camalots, (1) #3 or #4 Camalot for the wide section.

I'd go a bit heavier on .5's for the sandier section above the flare up top. Maybe 1-2 more. Great little route. Dec 25, 2016
