It will probably be a little dirty. Lots of crimps and sloping holds.

North Facing route.

Continue past Tarzan, up to the left. Go down, cross the gully, and continue onward. You will come to a wall with two large cracks. Squeeze thru the crack on the right and then cross one more gully. You will climb thru another tight spot, and then down the hill to the right is the belay ledge for Winged messenger.

4 bolts, rap hangers w/ quicklinks.

Please add more info so that climbers interested in climbing this route can actually find it. Same goes for all the other descriptions added to this area. Feel free to go a little bit more in depth when you add routes to the database. Jan 7, 2008

One of the best climbs at P. Rocks.Definatly no chalk on it, but was not very dirty. Had a lot of fun with it. Jun 8, 2011

I spent a good part of the day cleaning this route. It is possible to setup a top rope by doing some 5.5 climbing to access the top. The wall stays in the shade most of the day. That means it also stays wet even after it hasn't rained in a week.

I would recommend rappelling from the anchor after you clean your gear. The chains look pretty old and have a bit of rust on them.

Two mini cruxes. One near the 2nd bolt and another towards the top.

The approach is a bit funky but I highly recommend it purely for the adventure. Sep 15, 2018
