You can read about the warning here. There is extensive rebolting being done by the Thaitanium Project, which has already rebolted the vast majority of popular routes in the main areas. Be informed!
Description
Run up and easy start and long rightward hand traverse on a ledge. Climb up onto the ledge and start up the steep crack / flake. At the second bolt there was a sling allowing you to clip early, good idea as this is probably the crux and prevents you from ledging out. Continue up the crack for a ways on easier but still steep and pumpy ground.
Sam's guide mentions that this was at one time incredibly dirty but has now cleaned up and gets quite a bit of traffic. I guess because it makes a good warmup.
