Start up the overhanging face and pull past a bulge. Mantel up a few more bulges, and then climb the slightly overhanging face to the top on good holds.

This climbs the face up the middle of the alcove in the center of the wall.

One pin and bolts protect the route. You can place an optional cam down low. Bolted anchor.

A #0.75 Camalot for the crack a few feet above the pin down low is a really good idea. The moves through there aren't gimmes and the ledge below tugged at my mind as I worked through the section. The bulging crux up higher is tricky. I liked it. Jul 28, 2008

The bolt line is a bit contrived, with easier climbing just to the sides in places. Still fun though. Jun 22, 2009

There is a tightly bolted direct start to this line, just left of the original route. Goes around 5.11-. A bit contrived though, as one can easily climb an easier line just right or left of the bolt line. Sep 10, 2017
