Description

Two pitches of ice separated by a small pond create a fun outing. The bottom is a short 30 foot bulge with often thinner ice, with the top filling out nicely in the late fall. The climb tops out at beautiful Glass Lake. The top section is more difficult and sustained WI3, while the bottom is a challenging warm-up.

Location

Head 1 mile southwest on the trail from Loch Vale.

Protection

Short screws for the bottom, long ones for up top.
