RAIN AND WET ROCK The sandstone in Red Rocks is fragile and is very easily damaged when it is wet. Details

Description

Start with thin hand and foot matches to jugs. Move out right to crux roof with slopey holds. Gets better everytime you climb the route. Awesome photo spot, bring your camera.

Location

8th bolted route from the left

Protection

One heck of a 5.10+, book rates this as a 5.11c and I would honestly agree due to the nature of the slopers at the roof. Very sandy and touch to get a decent grip on, but very fun route! May 3, 2015
