FA: Jason Stevens

A tricky start to more positive holds with one or two nice layback-style holds. A more technical move or two between a couple of the upper bolts, followed by more jugs to the anchors.

Look for a tall chimney upcanyon just a bit from the camping area past the bridge. On the wall to the left of the chimney this is the third route from the right.

8 bolts and anchors.

[Hide Comment] Didn't feel much harder than Hematoma. But it is more fun and has a better flow. I think this might even be a better warm-up than Hematoma. Jun 28, 2012

[Hide Comment] Amazing! You'll swear you're in the Red River Gorge if you climb this route. Better holds than you could ever ask for, and cool moves the whole way through. Jul 14, 2013

[Hide Comment] Agreed. And I'd say it's a bit more than 45 feet-likely 60 or 70. Jun 27, 2014

[Hide Comment] Our family’s favorite 10a (maybe favorite overall route…) in the canyon. So easy to get to, fun hikes and movement. A must do at this grade. Jun 7, 2024
