This is the crack that is just right of the "nose." In fact, it's the bottom part of the finish of the aid route. It has stout hands, off-sized, and finally thin fingers. It's burly for sure.

Bit of everything.

Fun route and a great way to end the day since it's so close to the road.

Not even close to 11c/d.

Fun 10 climbing to a one move wonder with great pro.

I'd give her 11a. Mar 20, 2017

Seemed really easy for the grade, compared to other routes in the area. One thin finger lock and a foot smear and you're through the crux. You can load up gear from an OK stance. Great way to finish off the day, worth the very short hike. Getting off is a little interesting. I would recommend against the OW downclimb. There is a way to hop over a small chasm to a flat flake on the side towards the road. Mar 12, 2012

It's 5.10- climbing to a hard move or two on secure locks, but DO NOT try this one in the cold.... Mar 12, 2012

There was chalk on that sucker when I soloed deGaulle's Nose aid route a month or two ago. Looks like it would be pretty tough. Aug 2, 2008

I've looked at that line wondering how hard of a climb it would be. Aug 30, 2007
