Access Issue: Warning! Stainless steel bolts are suspect near the coast! Details

Description [Suggest Change]

A very steep route for the grade, that takes you on a wild overhanging tufa adventure! A couple powerful moves past a dubious thread and ok looking (but who knows??) 5 piece expansion bolt up to a tufa rest, then trend up and right through steep stalagtites dangling from above, with threads for protection. Careful not to hit your head!

Location [Suggest Change]

Center of Duncan's boot. Start in front of the stalagmite (careful when lowering!), left of the big hanging vines. Look for the threads that protect the steepest part of the overhang.

Protection [Suggest Change]

Threads + 1 bolt

Overhang really fun. I was attacked by hornets on this climb! Oct 12, 2011
